Polypropylene is a hydrophilic membrane for aqueous or organic sample matrixes that can be used with protein or peptide bases assays. It has very similar application with glass fiber, can also used as pre-filter for samples with a high particulate content. Besides PP syringe filters are used in a wide array of analytical and research applications for the pharmaceutical, environmental, biotechnological, and agricultural industries
