The Petri dishes range is large. Global Scientific adapt to the needs of its users and propose by the way round, squares, contact with or without vents, dishes. The advantage of Global Scientific's Petri dishes is the compatibility with most industrial and non-industrial automatic agar-pouring machines. Petri dishes are manufactured under aseptic conditions according to “clean room technology”
We manufacture Petri dishes made from high-quality and transparent virgin polystyrene for the cultivation of microorganisms. Due to their high shape retention, they are perfect for use in automated plate filling systems and are easily stacked. The user has a choice between Petri dishes with and without ventilation cams, a multitude of round Petri dishes with different standard diameters, each as a two-compartment and square version, as well as coloured Petri dishes for clear coding
PERFECT FLATNESS : To ensure the agar’s constant depth.
TOTAL CLARITY : The injection point situated on the side of the dish bottom of the dish optimizes reading even by image analysing systems.
LIGHTNESS : Thanks to our research, we have been able to determine the ideal weight of our dishes in order to reduce our customers waste disposal costs while still pursuing our objective : to provide high quality dishes.
STACKABLE : The stacking ring is specially designed to improve the stacking of dishes and making them more practical to use.
CLASS 100 MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT : Ensures dishes are aseptic.
RETAINS SHAPE UP TO 55°C : The quality of the polystyrene used provides dishes with a high level of mechanical resistance.
PRODUCT TRACEABILITY : Thanks to the product label and Lot number on each box, we can retrace each production cycle. This label also includes the manufacture date and if the product has been sterilized, the expiration date.
RAW MATERIALS : Non-Cytotoxic virgin Polystyrene.
